When it comes to fruit juice and pasteurizsation of vegetables, we manufacture installations for both juices free of suspended solids as well as pulp-containing juices. In order to retain the aroma during fruit juice pasteurization, these installations can be fitted with degassing and aroma recovery. For fibre-containing fruit juices, Free Flow (FF) heat exchangers are used.
